Online diploma market bustling in Vietnam

The time when universities and colleges enter examination season, and when universities and colleges begin enrolling students, is the high season of trading diplomas.
Nowadays, in the Internet era, sellers and the buyers of diplomas can easily find each other, just with mouse clicks.
There are a lot of offers to sell and offers to buy on the Internet. A client with nick "boyhamchoi9x" wrote that he needed an in-service university degree, and that he didn’t need the false degree to look exactly like the real degree.
A client named Linh wrote that she need an in-service economics university degree, while "anhkhongcan_emyeuanh" wrote: “I need two degrees of HCM City Economics University”. Those, who have degrees to sell, need to contact him by e-mail.
Sellers also appear under nicknames, “lam_bang_dai_hoc” or “ngalainga”. “Ngalainga” even provides a mobile phone for contact.
Meanwhile, a seller named Kiet set the price of VND10mil for a university degree, a real degree. Buyers must pay VND3mil in advance.
“lam_bang_dai_hoc” proves to be very professional in setting up a blog to advertise his ‘business’. On this website, buyers can learn the procedures to buy a diploma by clicking on ‘necessary information’.
“lam_bang_dai_hoc” affirms that he can provide real degrees from the HCM City University of Natural Sciences and University of Technologies under HCM City National University, the HCM City Economics University, HCM City Open University, the National Economics University, Hanoi University of Technology, Hanoi Open University, Hue University, high school degrees and foreign language certificates.
Regarding prices, a master’s degree carries the price of VND80mil, university degree VND15mil, while a college degree, VND10mil. Buyers of high school degrees and foreign language certificates have to pay VND6mil and VND1mil, respectively.
What buyers have to give to sellers are money, scanned 3x4 photos and copies of identity cards.
The sellers are so professional that they, in Hanoi, accept providing diplomas to those who live in HCM City.
